The Embodied Psychotherapy Centre is committed to working towards optimum mental health and wellbeing.

We are an independent community based service working in collaboration with other professional services to enhance the lives of each individual who engages with us.
 

Using traditional approaches, Embodied Psychotherapy Practice also draws on maps from Integrative Bodywork; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and 5Rhythms® Movement Therapy to choreograph the stages and processes of Presence; Intention; Expansion; Transformation and Integration
